At Milly Grace, we know how excited you are to receive your order. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on a weekday. At very busy times an order may take a maximum of 48 hours to be dispatched.
Please be aware that some shipments may be delayed due to decreased courier capacity as a result of Coronavirus.
As you checkout, please select either Express DPD Next Working Day (Before 12pm) (£6.00), Standard Tracked Royal Mail (3-5 days, £3.60) or SATURDAY Delivery Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (Order before 3pm Friday). Free Express DPD Next working day on all orders over £100. Free Standard Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on all orders over £50.
Please note that current delivery delays mean that your order may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Your credit/debit card will be debited prior to dispatch of your order. We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. An email will be sent to confirm order fulfilment. Royal Mail delivery times are out of our control after it has despatched from our office. If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be able to track your order via email.
The products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. Please ensure that you provide a valid and correct shipping address. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is placed, nor redirect the parcel unless the order has not yet been dispatched.
If an order has not arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. This is when the Royal Mail regards an order as delayed. If the parcel has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, the Royal Mail counts the delivery as lost. At this point we are able to replace or refund items. If Royal Mail says that the parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it, please get in touch with us so that we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf.
