We strive to provide high-quality jewellery and have a thorough quality checking system. We are sincerely sorry if you are unhappy with a product. You may return it within 5 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn.
We aim to send refunds within 2 weeks of receipt. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.
All earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless deemed to be faulty. We do not accept returns on any sale item.
All claims on a fault must be done within 48hrs of receipt. No credit or refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer. Return costs due to a fault will be paid for by Milly Grace. Returns due to customer preference or order mistake must be paid for by the customer. We advise that you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered.
