If you wish to return an item please notify us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to posting your item back to us.
We strive to provide high-quality jewellery and have a thorough quality checking system. We are sincerely sorry if you are unhappy with a product. You may return it - including earrings - within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn.
We aim to send refunds within 5 working days of receipt. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.
All claims on a fault must be done within 48hrs of receipt. Return costs due to a fault will be paid for by Milly Grace. Returns due to customer preference or order mistake must be paid for by the customer. We advise that you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered.
