How do I work out my jewellery size?

We know that finding your size can be tricky, but don't worry, we have a handy little ring and bracelet size guide on each product page to help you!

My favourite design is out of stock! When will you restock?

Oh no! As a small brand, our design quantities are limited -making them even more special! Don’t worry though, you can sign up to our newsletter and be notified when your favourites are back in stock.

Delivery & Returns

Can I return pieces?

We have nothing but love and respect for our community, so we make a point to go above and beyond for each customer. We promise that every order you receive will exceed your expectations. But if it doesn’t? We’ll strive to right any wrong. Just get in touch.

You may return your order - including earrings - within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered.

Returns due to customer preference or order mistakes are paid for by the customer. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless there is a fault.

Please include your name and order number within your return.

How long do returns take?

Once we receive your return, we will aim to process your refund within 5 working days.

Orders

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you treat yourself to Milly Grace pieces, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you have not received one, please check your junk and spam folders, or contact us at hello@millygrace.co.uk and we'll resend your order confirmation.

Can I change my order?

As always, we will always do our best to help our customers. However, as we aim to dispatch our orders before 12 midday on a working day, we cannot change or cancel orders after this time. You may return your order once received - please follow our returns page instructions to do this.

Can I change my address?

You may change your delivery address up to 12 midday on the day after placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Order tracking is available via the link on your dispatch email. If you have any problems, do get in touch.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Absolutely! Gift notes can be added at checkout and are beautifully handwritten by our team.

What packaging does my Milly Grace arrive in?

Mindfully crafted, inside and out. We have reinvented the unboxing experience to guarantee minimal waste. That means all our packaging is either reusable, recycled or recyclable!
